Upstream Restaurant offers it's guests casual elegance as a backdrop to the dynamic talents of executive chef Tom Condron. The seafood dominated menu offers a unique synthesis of Auqa-Terra & Asian-Southern cuisine. Upstream IS fresh seafood!

Tom was 14 when he took his first job in the hospitality industry. He went through his five year European apprenticeship in London. From there he went to Paris. He went on to earn a culinary arts degree from Johnson and Wales College in Charleston, SC. Upstream is a natural progression for Tom, considering his passion for fish and seafood. He smiles when he talks about his adaptation of some regionality with his classical French training and love of Asian flavors.
