Inn on Biltmore Estate Executive Chef Richard Boyer brings more than 14 years of experience on all levels of kitchen management and culinary arts in both casual and upscale fine dining restaurants to Biltmore Estate. Boyer earned an Associates Degree in Occupational Studies at the New England Culinary Institute in Montpelier, Vermont.

The Dining Room at the Inn on Biltmore Estate is elegant, romantic and refined with deliciously creative interpretations of regional cuisine including estate-raised beef and lamb and fresh-picked ingredients from the estate's kitchen gardens. Guests can enjoy the little luxuries and attention to detail that have always characterized Vanderbilt entertaining. An evening in The Dining Room is an evening to remember.
