Chef Keith Placko has worked in multiple restaurants in the Raleigh area. He owes his love of cooking to his grandmother who inspires him still today. His true passion is for Italian food and its preparation and history. All of his dishes are prepared with the customer as his top priority. His creed is, "imagine my grandmother is sitting at every table. If I did not prepare it with love and quality then I have failed". |
