| Founded in 1992 in Charlotte, Red Rocks Cafe now has two locations, one in Strawberry Hill (Charlotte) and the other in Birkdale Village (Lake Norman). With comfortable booths, low lighting, intimate feel and jazzy background music the restaurant offers a touch of class and a comfortable atmosphere that appeals to everyone. Executive Chef Domenic Battistella trained at the Cordon Bleu in New Hampshire and worked at Townhouse, Upstream and Blue in Charlotte before joining the Red Rocks team. With a Diploma de’ Arte Culinare, from Le Cordon Bleu Atlantic culinary Academy -USA, in Dover New Hampshire, his culinary skills have greatly added to the quality and variety of the menu specials and favorites.
The menu boasts of quality with a variety of steak, seafood, poultry and pasta entrees. Each entree is named for a famous (or not so famous) customer and adds a personal touch to the varied selection. Red Rocks is a contemporary American Restaurant Concept. |
