In May of 1998, George and George opened Georges’ of Tybee. They opened the restaurant in an 80 plus year old building on Tybee Island. Reported as once a railroad depot, this building has a lot of charm and warmth with hardwood floors and ceilings. This would be the perfect place to showcase the culinary delights they had in mind. The food is American fusion.
