Sweet Crepe Topping
Slice banana. In saut pan melt butter and brown sugar. Add spiced rum. Add banana. Fold sweet crepe into quarters. Place in saut pan with sauce and bananas. Allow sauce to soak into crepe. Remove from pan and plate. Garnish with powdered sugar.
