Ingredients

8 oz Sashimi Tuna
8 oz Sesame Seed Mix
6 oz Cooked Rice (any)
1 tablespoon Butter (unsalted)
½ cup Heavy Cream
2 tablespoons Romano Cheese (grated)
6 Asparagus
1 cup Pineapple Juice
1/3 cup Soy Sauce
1/3 cup Rice Wine Vinegar
1/3 cup Sesame Oil
2/3 cup Brown Sugar, Light
2 teaspoons Chopped Chives
3 tablespoons Sesame Seed Mix
½ teaspoon Salt & Pepper
½ teaspoon Ground Ginger

Preparation
|
|
|
Combine all sauce ingredients starting with pineapple juice in saucepan.
Bring to a boil.
Dredge tuna in sesame seeds and sear in hot pan with vegetable oil.
Cook tuna till medium rare.
Blanch asparagus in boiling water.
Sauté blanched asparagus in oil, garlic, salt and pepper.
Sautee cooked rice w/ cream.
Add butter and cheese, cook and stir till creamy.
Plate.
