Preparation
Savory Crepe Filling
Mix in bowl diced lobster, diced fennel and salt and pepper to taste.
In saucepan, heat heavy cream.
Add lobster and fennel.
Cook until tender.
Spoon filling onto crepe.
Fold and roll crepe.
Heat in oven at 350 degrees.
Plate and garnish with sour cream and caviar.
