Smoked Duck and Goat Cheese Pizzetta

Yield: For The Dough: Makes 4 - 5 Pizzetas
Featured Dinner Toppings:
In a blender add the kalamata olives and olive oil.
Blend until you form a smooth puree.
Slice the smoked duck, tomatoes and watermelon into small bite size pieces.
Spread the olive puree on the pizzette.
Add the duck, tomato watermelon and crumble the goat cheese on top.
If you desire, heat in the oven for 3 – 4 minutes and top with fresh basil and arugula. Brush with olive oil and finish with cracked pepper.
