Ingredients

4-5 ounces sashimi grade tuna
1 teaspoon white sesame seeds
1 teaspoon black sesame seeds
2 ounces seaweed salad
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
2 ounces asian sweet and sour sauce
1 teaspoon wasabi
Garnish with lemon

Preparation
|
|
|
Coat fish with sesame seed mixture.
Grill with olive oil until rare or to the desired temperature.
Slice thinly and arrange on plate with salad, side of asian sweet and sour sauce, wasabi and chopsticks.

Asian Sweet and Sour Soy Sauce |
|
|
1 cups kikkoman’s soy sauce
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon pickled ginger
2 tablespoons orange marmalade
Dash red pepper flakes
|
Process all ingredients in food processor.
Serve with tuna.

Seaweed Salad |
|
|
1# Seaweed (goma wakame preffered)
1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon white sesame seeds
|
Chop seaweed finely.
Add the rest of the ingredients.
