1 gutted and cleaned 9-10 oz. Brooke or Brown Trout (Leave head on and bone in.)
1 tablespoon chopped fresh garlic
1 tablespoon Vidalia onion (chopped)
2 tablespoons fresh flat leaf Parsley (chopped)
1 tablespoon fresh dill
1 Lemon (fresh squeezed)
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
½ cup white wine
Wash trout with cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
Rub inside and outside with butter, olive oil, salt and pepper.
Stuff inside with onion, parsley, dill, lemon and garlic.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Bake trout 10-12 minutes.
De-bone at table or show guests how to de-bone their own.
