The Flaky Apple Tart with Vanilla Bean Ice Cream and Caramel Sauce

Ingredients
Yield: 6 Tarts
Preparation
Caramel sauce
Melt sugar until caramelized.
Add water and simmer until soft.
Add cream and egg mixture.
Cook until back of spoon coats.
Keep at room temperature.
Apple tart
Put apple mix on puff in the center.
Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
Set on plate and serve ice cream on top.
Finish with caramel sauce and ice cream.
