Ingredients
Preparation
Pesto
Blend basil, mint, roasted garlic, and pine nuts in food processor, drizzle in olive oil and add salt and pepper at end.
Meat Marinade
Blend together vinegar, red pepper, onion, cherry tomato, and garlic.
Add fennel seed once other ingredients are fully processed.
Fold in Dijon.

Dip Veal Chop into marinade and grill 5 -7 min per side for medium rare.
