Preparation
Pineapple-Melon Salsa
Cut the top and bottom off and peel the pineapple. Cut melon in half.
Large dice the melon and pineapple
Finely dice jalapeno, red pepper and onion
Coarsely chop cilantro.
Mix all ingredients and add limejuice.
