Mole Negro
In a pan, add almonds and sesame seeds.
Cook until dark.
Add butter.
Quickly add rest of ingredients.
Cook until it boils, then transfer to blender and blend until smooth.
Corn and Chayote Mushroom Salsa
Boil corn, mushroom and chayote for 5 minutes.
In another pan, toast poppy seeds until they jump around in the pan, about 1-2 minutes.
Remove corn, mushroom and chayote from pan and dice finely along with remaining ingredients.
Mix well.
